Ted and the Kabobby family answered scores of junk mail with more riotous results. Now in Ted L. Nancy’s Afternoon Stories Ted writes ridiculous stories which he reads to people at their jobs. Ted goes to a mattress showroom filled with salespeople and customers and reads them the story of THE POLYGAMIST WHO GOT 11 HUSBANDS BY MISTAKE. Then Ted visits a convention and reads conventioneers the story of THE BATHROOM ATTENDANT WHO FINALLY PASSED OUT. And he brings along ridiculous acts like THE VENTRILOQUIST WITH A PUPPET IN A COMA.
